June is here which means the arrival of summer days--and International Children’s Month! Kikori is excited to celebrate International Children’s Month as our Featured Partner this week. Read on to find out more and download the FREE printable activity planner!
International Children's Month is a platform that delivers a free 365 day a year thematic, empowerment, embodiment activity curriculum that is for everyone, weaving together mindfulness of our environment with body, mind, and spirit awareness through progressive education that fosters social emotional learning. They are an organization that is empowering youth, supplying mentors with heart-centered tools and delivering all of this through a yearly theme. This year is International Children Love WE-Building A World That Works For All 2021!
The “Week of Empowerment” Planner is all about answering the question: how do we build a world that works for all? These five new activities on Kikori will help you empower students to become active listeners, confident storytellers, and more! You can access these activities on Kikori through the App Store (Apple), Google Play Store (Android) or online through the brand new Kikori WebApp!

How to Use the Weekly Planner:
Log into the Kikori App on your on Apple or Android phone, or Online

Click into the Playlists icon and look for the Week of Empowerment planner.

Click the heart to save it to your Favorites found in your Home (with the heart!). Click the Share icon in the top right corner to share the Playlist with your fave educator or facilitator friend!

Print out the Planner to use as a guide.

Do each activity once and check off as you go! Each day will be around 15-50 minutes of social emotional skill building.
Still using the Free Kikori Essentials version?
No problem! Print out the Week of Empowerment Planner and search for the activities by using the Search Bar at the top of the Discover Activities screen! All of the activities are available for you to use and share with colleagues.
